The refrigerator in our RV stopped working on electricity just before our December trip to Florida. It still worked on LP, so it didn't affect our trip. Ron does most of our own repairs on the RV, but refrigeration is not his expertise. In February, we took our RV to Camping World to get the refrigerator repaired. The problem was a $60 clip.

We had been talking about upgrading our RV, and attended an RV show in Huntsville on the first Friday of February. We put together a list of "must haves" and "desires" for our next RV, but we were not planning to upgrade immediately.

Then a series of events transpired that lead us to a new 2023 Keystone Cougar at Camping World. It was the last 2023 RV on their lot, and they wanted to get rid of it. We could not pass up this opportunity, so we bought it.

While our 2011 F-250 would pull this new RV, it was at the very top of its capabilities. After a great deal of study and consideration, we purchased a used 2022 F-350 Lariat crew cab pickup as our new tow vehicle.
